“Greg and I had a WONDERFUL time. Karen and Alessandro were very hospitable and catered to all our needs. The cooking classes with Elvio and Roberto were a lot of fun and very informative. The chefs were very knowledgeable and Karen did a great job in the translating. We didn’t realize how easy it was to cook Tuscan style until shown (just a little TOO much olive oil for me). We can’t wait to try out the recipes at home.
Linda was GREAT! To have a personal guide with so much knowledge of the area, the history of the towns, the wine, and the customs of the people was awesome. She enabled to get a real feel for the area. She is a real asset to your organization.
My ONLY problem with the trip was I came back 10 pounds heavier, no fault of yours, but I couldn’t resist all the food and vino!

“Isabel, what a wonderful week in Tuscany at Villa Castelletti! Everyone was so friendly; Karen, Linda, Julie and of course darling Elvio! The girls and I were like sisters. I loved the cooking classes and the trips to Lucca etc. and the shopping was great too! I learned some Italian words and will be cooking my first Italian dinner in a week or so for friends using Elvio's recipes.
